Braid..?
I don't know why, but "Braid" is written all over it.. Not literally, of course, but so much in this game reminds me of Braid! Awesome :)
So, this is an old game, and I'm sure you've heard every comment there could possibly be about it, even descriptive ones. So, I will simply offer my oppinion in one word; beautiful.
I remember playing this a few years ago. This is the game that put me on the path to searching for games that evoked strong emotions in me. For some reason, they seem to be harder to come by these days, which is a downright shame. A strong story line is a massive selling point to me personally, and this nails it. The game play isn't complicated but some levels provide a neat challenge. Beautiful music, too. Absolutely love it. (:
I remember playing this game when i was 8, on a trip to Thailand. There was a small computer room where we went to go play it in the evenings every once in a while. It was my first video game ever and I remember loving it for the fun puzzle gameplay. One day recently i remembered the game and looked for it all over the internet. I discovered that flash player had been shut down a while ago, so I was pleasantly surprised when newgrounds player allowed me to play this game. The nostalgia hits so fucking hard when playing this. I remember the good days, when there was no covid, no war in Ukraine, and i could just do whatever the fuck I wanted. As iIsaid before, i enjoyed the game back then because it was fun and gave me something to figure out. When playing it now i fully understand the compelling story of Jack and his mental health. Honestly my favorite flash game. The music is some of the most emotionally driven stuff i have ever seen, and the feeling this game manages to convey is simply not seen in many places today. This game is just so good man, deserves much more recognition than it already gets.
