I can see your point on the mouths since some people like it and don't like it, but in terms of your full review, you have absolutly no experience in this field so you're thoughts don't help nor have any effect to this animation. Next time you review low, try giving helpful suggestions to back up your low score, otherwise this just goes against the NG review rule.
How does it lack creativity? You didn't say how it can be improved. So I'll just pay no mind to this seeing as how this just seems like a downrate with nothing to back it up.
