To be honest. I can't break this down and give it a serious review... It's too awesome.
The art, the music, the animation, all of it top notch. Taking the BGM, writing lyrics that make fun of the world of Dr. Mario, and creating a great comedic flash featuring a maniac Mario... DAMN!!! The closest to perfect I see.
I hope you had fun with this, because I had fun watching it. So catchy.
Hell, the biggest surprise (and delight) for me was Kirby's appearance. Because Nintendo usually likes to keep Mario and Kirby away from each other. (Zelda is another story.)
