Reviews for "Saucer Strike"

I don't get it

How do people like this game? I hate being a spoil-sport but I honestly didn't like any part of it. It's repetition at it's worst. You just wait for 20 seconds untill the bulding explodes and move on to the nexrtt. Who's idea was it to make this into a full game?

I also found an easy way to score lots of points: Wait untill one of those bots starts repairing a building and then start shooting at the building. It will explode but it will regenerate because of the bot but will explode right away because you're shooting it.. Just start doing it and then slide out of the screen while holding down your fire button, then it'll keep firing. It's shooting for me while writing this review <.<

This game ruined the last 15 minutes of my life (I kept playing because the good reviews made me think something better was coming)
And the controls are anoying

Hmm, not bad

I admit that I wasn't that excited at first when there didn't appear to be any enemies, but it definitley got better as it went along! The second level was nice, as I could basically just go and blast through anything I wanted, and move along the screen just keeping my finger on the button. It was kind of funny how they gradually exploded as I kept thinking they were done with one explosion. It's great to see some new stuff from you, Weasel. While the graphics weren't the best I've seen from you, and it was kind of redundant, I still liked it. I look forward to more stuff you make.

It was a good game but...

Move speed was set way to high i personally think. I like the music and I think it was fun I just had too much trouble controlling it.

Interesting blend of strategy and blow-em-up

This game embodies the idea of "What does not kill me, makes me stronger." You start off as a weak scavenger that needs to slice off the edges and avoid enemies to a super-powered war machine.

Yes, the mouse control is sensitive, but that can be mastered fairly quickly. There was some problem with the weapon select menu -- it seemed meant to be like the one in Crysis, as in you just need to move your mouse to select, but it didn't always work. Sometimes it took several tries to successfully select something.

Meh Im not sure

I like most of the other stuff that you make, this was like a sorta new-ish step towards soething else. I liked the alien music in the background but I just found it was a bit tedious getting from level to level and then losing all yo lazurs and having to earn em back.
But it was fun for a bit, and of course that matters, so I rate sorta high.
