Even though it's late, it should be submitted to the Halloween collection.
It's creepy and really, out there. I like the animation and how you portray the main character and that weird monster.

I must congratulate you for a fine piece of animation. I like your drawing style, it's very neat and polished.
Of course, the sound is just great because you added the Master Akira Yamaoka *bows down*, but also your fx were good.
About the voice acting, well, it's odd because you thought you may have not done it properly, but you did, it was very suitable for the creep... but they guy wasn't. His voice is too deep for a guy of his age...
All this said, I must add that I sympathise a lot with the protagonist... I'm a bit like that... Being a horror fan, from movies, to games, to series and comics, it's getting harder and harder to get a good scare with each passing year :(
Call me insane, but that's why sometimes I walk alone, in the middle of the night on an empty and dark street... :/
Keep on the good work, you're really good. Just improve your endings... make them more significant, more scarier...
