okay so what ive gathered the first guy walks with his leg dragging behind him as though he is shackled or bound by something possibly what ever killed him due to him throwing up blood maybe and illness of sorts the lil girl with the red eyes seems as though she had been raped due to the passin over of the condom and possibly killed her self due to the truama from it as is apparent by the slash marks on her wrist the last woman represent life as she is pregnant but as well the situation that evolves from that maybe the birth of her child killed her in life and the shoulder represent the reaper or death and earlier when the boy stops and looks at something im going to say that was the car that hit them all and the other boy saying keep walking was what killed them both and the whole thing was al like a trail of fire if you were to see which of the three was worthy to survive the wreck just a guess very well put together i like having to think about things like that and try to find the meaning behind them :D
