pretty good

some things that need to be improved upon though:
1) as others have said, grandpas voice sounded too young.
2) there was a huge lack of emotion on the boys' faces. While they were running for their lives, they all had the same stupid smile they had since the beginning.
3)also the scarecrow was clearly not made out of the demon farmer's flesh, it looked as if it was made of straw.
4)I think the idea that the grandpa was the boy that survived when he ran away could've been presented better.
Thats all i can think of, other then that great job.

Could have been better

1. Grandpa's voicing was not suiting for an old man. Glad to see he has gray hairs and yet still sounds like one of the boys.
2. There wasn't any transitional scenes. The boys were just *there* at each new scene.
3. The scarecrow wasn't very creepy. It says "made of his own flesh" in the back story and yet it's just your garden variety scarecrow with a pumpkin head and red glowing eyes.
4. The ending could have been executed better than that. You just go straight to showing the scarecrow with gramps' head in his hand.

Thats a pretty well story! Great idea for a prank actually, so I hope you dont mind me takin it <_< Great animation btw!
