I really liked this, it had a similar feeling to Salad Fingers, and 8-bit 'This is Halloween' for the ending credits was great. You, my friend, get Pico's REALLY happy face.

AMAZING!
This is what more cartoons should be like. With all the random bits and changed voices, eye popping effects and random pictures. I loved his high pitched voice when he said "what?!?" and the mustache definition.
