Reviews for "Gravity_"

Well done visually; content wasn't clear.

I take it; that with scientific evidence, you are implying a few ideas? Also, I wasn't quite sure how all the pieces you incorporated into your film express your idea to gravity. Yes, everything has mass, and anything with mass has an affect on other objects creating gravity, but to someone who doesn't know that, I don't think this short film expresses that idea or relation. Sorry mate, thae visual style was well done, but the content wasn't clear. Wasn't sure if you were expressing the big bang, or super massive black holes, or how atoms, quarks, bosons, strings, etc. tied together in your film about gravety without prior background knoweldge.

Bad quality

That was awesome but... the graphics aren't good. I think you can do it better. (but that was a great animation). please! let me know if I write correctly! i'm Argentinian and I know some English but... I can mistake... its that right? well... very good animation.

super ambitious, though to be honest I think you fell far short, but not falling short would mean creating a complete audiovisual understanding-guide to the universe, which is of course an inmense task :D
but still, there are tons of pieces missing! of course there are, what I mean is there are pieces that were implied but left out. for example, if you state that death is just another stage in entropy's progression, it begs an explanation of the rest of the stages, to somehow visualise entropy's role in the universe, rather than being left with just the statement. i got that feeling throughout the movie, for each of the statements made; not a feeling of awe, rather of you left something out-ness.
i hope you take this in the best way. again, very ambitious idea for an animation, the idea i love

having said that, you did an awesome job with the tweens and visualising it all. i get the impression that your understanding of the complexity of it all hasn't been entirely conveyed with just the things you decided to show. i watched it a few times and look forward to the next one

Spectacular

This was great. And as for the inaccuracies, I think you made the right call on how to represent them. Sure you could probably represent the atom in the quantum mechanical model, but then who would recofnize it the way we all know the Bohr model? You might as well just extend the gravitational field lines to infinity and make them straight, but it doesn't have the same aesthetic appeal as the curved ones that extend a reasonable distance. I say good call on representation. Very good, sir. Very good.

Yeah, I really don't care

If the Bohr model is inaccurate. This flash owns quantum mechanical views of the atom in the FACE. Really, this is one of the few serious flashes that I've seen that actually means something. I find all of the Big Questions fascinating, the questions about space and time, stuff that matters. And the music selection of PERFECT.
