Eh...
I can tell you guys put effort into this, and I'll give you points for that. However, I gotta say that I didn't like it that much.
Firstly, the whole plot is just ok. The problem is that the length was unnecessarily long, and the pacing was just too slow. It really could of been shortened out if you, say, had cut down the size of the script, or increased the pace a bit.
Animation-wise, the movie wasn't very good, and might be the low point. I can see that you know how to shade objects, but that's the only good thing I can say about it.
Most of the animation was composed of lazy tweens with no easing, so everything moves very stiffly. So, for your next animation, I suggest you try and learn about what easing is in flash.
Moving on, the characters, though voice acted acceptably, weren't emoted very well. Their eyebrows and eyelids are the only thing that moves on their faces to show a different emotion.
I could go on even more about how bland and lazy the animation was, (the rain looking like 2 frames of many grey transparent brush strokes is a good example) but that would just be me naming too many examples, when the important point is that you should work on animating better and cleaner in the future. If you just keep improving your animation skills, I think you'll be a fine flash animator.
