Not graphics, rather animation:
Shooting one in the head would result in a hardcore fall and the poor girl crawling back like that.
Shooting another in the boobs would make them bounce and they'd scream like "OW! OWOWOWOWOWOWOOOOWWWWW!!!"
And the crotch... well, maybe I'm just too much of a sadist. :P
Also, there should be some unique stage bosses with a decent amount of endurance. Making differently behaving girls would be fun too. Like dashing out, shooting like mad until getting capped or empty. (that would be the time to jump out and cap her)
