He does not have any prior knowledge of the doll being there before he woke up.
It is implied he is going to do sexual things to the doll.

but I didn't understand the joke, I assume it was supposed to be short, I didn't laugh but the animation was superb. I would advise giving a little more explaination either in the flash or in your comments
