Addicting and fully immersive despite the graphics
The first thing that came to my mind was that this reminded me so much of the Beachead arcade games with the VR helmets, except for the following differences:
1) This game was a hell lot of fun to play,
2) None of the levels dragged,
3) There was no rest for the weary,
4) and it had a kickass soundtrack.
Unlike the other reviewers however, I ask that if you do make a sequel, keep the game as is. The last and final difference I believe this game has from Beach head and subsequently all other FPS turret games that sets it apart is:
5) Simplistic sublimity.

This is without a doubt the best defender game I've ever played! I do have to agree with RottingSkull though. It would be alot more fun if you had the option to turn off the lock-on feature so more skill could be involved in the game play. Maybe that could be an achievement?
