Wow, creepy awesome game
This was a very well crafted game, very detailed out. The sound effects were appropriately creepy, especially that ice cream truck in the opening sequence. One thing that was a tad annoying was the fact that in order to see a bit more of the detail, I ended up having to zoom in, typically haven't had to do that for a lot of these type of flashes. But for a school project, pretty good otherwise.

Creepy and cool, but wish it was longer
It was creepy and well done, the puzzles were fun (though not very challenging). I'd love to see a longer, more elaborate game from you, cause this one was fun to play through.
Decent
I liked how it's presented, other than a few comments, all you know is that you're a young girl who just so happens to get kidnapped, and you have to escape (your friend however...).
To be honest, I thought it would be longer, there isn't as much danger, only maybe, two spots where you could get killed, and I thought the guy would chase you at the end considering he wakes up as you go to the exit.
For hints, some are:
-The space under the stairs is a good hiding spot
-You might wanna check the shelf for poison, that cat's annoying.
-Look at the picture date.
Overall, it was good. The ambience is great, very eerie indeed. I think the mixture of comic style for the persons and more realistic beackground is a nice idea and doesn't destroy the atmosphere at all.
The game is very short though and the end was kinda abrupt. It didn't feel right, you know?
Anyway, it is a nice creepy flash game for a little amount of time.
