Terrific graphics, and awesome physics! Its fun to play with and is relaxing. You should add more shapes and movement patterns though. Here is a cool code:

This is a very well made game, and it truly is a fabulous time waster at that.
One small problem though... when the lag gets too great, and the Actionscript intervenes, it resets the values for it's Aplha down and it's Scale down.
Apart from that, it is a brilliant physics playground. Keep up the good work. :D
