Not bad....
It needs to be longer, though. Plot development could use some work, too, but I understand that great work isn't born overnight. 9/10 for effort, 3/5

Its slow and boring. The animation isnt that good, and its too short. But good effort.
Classy
I liked it! Classic madness gore. And the dude's eyes were the best.
But where was the sound? Try to make the grenade sound like a grenade. And the ax to the head sounded like someone dropping a potato.
Also the walking was kind of slow. You could throw some subtitles in to create dialogue during the waling time. I know madness stuff doesn't need to be that deep, but a little bit on why that guy just showed up to give the prisoner an ax would be nice.
Overall, nice first effort, and I have a soft spot for all madness tributes so 7/10.
Healthy Start
Room for improvement: Audio, plot complexity (and explanation for why the first guy he meets is on his side), and originality.
Already Good: Main character has an original face, the animation is smoother than most madness flashes, and you took the time to modify the madness preloader (a little).
