Strange but cool
I like how the egg vendor sold a togepi egg. It was funny and weird..my brain is confused
Random but I love random
But it almost felt like you were trying too hard to be just random. A few unique characters, interesting so I gave it a 8. Enjoyed it though keep up the good work!
ehh... it was ok.
but you didn't pull off the LSD effect that you were going for. you kinda bordered on psuedo-random (a state of random where possible outcomes are limited).

not bad work but not good either. Maybe you can work something with that story line. The beginning was was kind of made me watch the rest.
