Amazing
This is simply the best shockwave movie I've ever seen. The art is fantastic. The sound is perfect. The script is highly respectable. And come on, who can go wrong with transformers? ;-)

Firstly, about the disclaimer: I don't think the assertion you make about not being liable is correct. It's somewhat like saying "If I let everyone know that what I'm about to do *is* copyright violation, nobody can call me on it afterwards." Also, "If you're going through with watching this, it means you agreed not to sue me." is not a statement you have the power to make. You're going to have to depend on Hasbro/Takara's goodwill.
In fact, I'm not impressed: the disclaimer seems almost as if you want to *steal away* the Transformers with legal trickery, even if your intention is just to protect yourself. (An I AGREE button? Huh.)
On another note, this movie rocks. :)

good lord this is good animation, and transformers happens to be the most kickass cartoon ever made (with the exception of beast wars), make some more transformer battles for crying out loud!
