Reviews for "Mullet-Mans Pickle Quest!"

Ok game

the game is ok but not great should be more fun not boring

TheCriminalDuder responds:

I find the boss battle a lot of fun. I admit it's a short but, slow journey to the boss.
It was made for fun to be fun and in a short time to be a short time. Thank you for enjoying, playing, and reviewing.

hmmm

uh it was ok, but mullets are kind of a turn off for me. 6 would be too low though cuz it's not a shittily made game. if that's even a word. so 7...it is. good luck finding those pickels i didn't see shit!

TheCriminalDuder responds:

Their are like 4 jars right in front of you when ya start the game. How can ya miss those pickles?
Also... I'm sorry the mullet turns you off.

needs a check point

the wrighting was ok. it kept me entertained

TheCriminalDuder responds:

Perhaps in an update I can make it if ya die durring the boss battle it pops ya back in the begining of the boss.

Incredibly hard to see what kills you and what not (like the fireblazing thing) Plus standing in them almost instanly kills you. Moves are funny and adding speech is always a 3-pointer in my book. Funny concept (although the "I'm picking a random object and doing something random with it"-concept is a little overdone, especially with things like cheese for some reason...). The fact that you used mainly photos is fun too. Improve the dying a lot part and this might be a very fun game to play.

TheCriminalDuder responds:

It's pretty obvious that a laser beam, metal saw, and giant object smashing on the ground over and over kill you and the ground doesn't.

If it's the metal spikey stuff you guys think is dangerous it's not. That's just part of the background and at one point the foreground when ya fall in the metal hole thing.

Entertaining

Art is visually appealing. Voice acting got on my nerves a bit- it was written as though it were meant to be read and not spoken. I also tended to die rather a lot and it was annoying to be spat back out at the beginning and have to go through the opening sequence over again.

TheCriminalDuder responds:

Thanks. This is a great review - really.

I'll fix the starting location maybe. However I'm sorry to say I'm gonna be a dushbag and not change the difficulty. I like making games hard - challenging and rewarding to beat. If it starts looking like a lot of people are dieing lots to a point they're pissed... then I'll real think bout updating.
