After watching this a few times I came down to a conclusion: The government stirring up a way to lower or even stop crime rates in various citys all over America, decided to gather some scientist to come up with an vaccine to crime. So for many years they worked day in night till one day they thought they just may have the solution so they decided to test out on a few subjects, problem is the only way this would work is through fetus status so they decided to hire a few mercenarys to go bout injection this solution the scientist have conjured up through as many preggy womens in every state without them knowing. Later thoughout the years after the governments went though many stages of notices on tv ads magizines etc.... explaining that crime needs to stop or else theres gonna be consequences. Little did the scientist nor government understood exacty how this vaccine to crime will work while explaining that many childs in america would have some type of allergic reacting if thoughts of committing crime and that it would get worsen if continueing so, also that it could just happen to any random people without them knowing, in hopes that scare tactics would work withen there medias and news... So basically in the end it proves quite fatal both ways eh haha anyways enough rambling on just a two cent thought :P
