The fact that I had to refresh the page if I wanted to play again was a little annoying, it would be nice if that were fixed.Also, the devil never even changed positions, you never had to move your mouse from his head, a little more movement would have been appreciated.
It was good that he had multiple attacks, and that the attacks didnt really fall into a pattern (other than left, then right).
Yes there are design flaws. You really bring up a good point about only shooting the head. It would be a whole lot more interesting if you had to aim at other stuff.

should have limited ammo instead of shooting all the time and very easy too do.
