Reviews for "Dead Frontier: Outbreak"

Zzzzzzzz...Oh That's right I was wrting a review.

First problem I see is that this is not a game,it's an interactive story. Next up is the horrible voice acting,I would have prefered to read the text and imagine a less gruff and mumbling narrator. Finally, with lines like "it was probably just another hysterical secretary overreacting to a spider". Are you fucking joking? That was awful, unbearable nonsense. For all of the reasons I gave this "game" a 2 are the same reasons that when the woman in the hallway attacked my lame-brain character for attempting to help her I quit caring and closed the window. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy hackneyed pablum masquerading as entertainment.

Great Game

The story and narration were great, but it could have done with some more variety in the still images.

Also, is it possible to get an A+ for tactics?

good zombie game

i like these types of adventures. I think it would've benefited from like a comic book style slideshow, either Max Payne style or something a little more exciting. all you'd have to do is find an artist to draw some cool looking frames and animate them. also, there are a few too many instant death factors. i got an E for compassion but every time i tried to see if anyone was ok i got killed by them! any time i even stopped for anything i died. never mind, good idea though.

Fair story telling:

Wasn't terrible, though occasionally I got the impression the guy talking was going for a dick tracy bit. On a sidenote I tried the 'Free zombie MMo' link, and was fairly interested at least from the start. Few hours of looking for one mission item and losing $1000 of game money when I loaded into a room that had three zombies waiting for me, with another spawning in the doorway, I decided I wasn't interested anymore.

awesome

I loved it and i've got an idea for a potential sequel. from the perspective of his wife
