Pretty well done and congrats on daily 4th. Whoever was voicing piccolo was REALLY good! Not to say the other voices weren't, but I could totally recognize piccolo as himself.
The dialogue was cute. I would be grumpy 24/7 too if Kazoo living in my head.

Usually i see stupid shit that shouldn't have the rating 10...
But this isn't the case.
This was very clever and something fans of dbz can enjoy.
The animation was smooth and it obviously took some time.
So as much crap that gets on newgrounds front page...
I say the guy deserves it.
