Reviews for "Omega Turret Defense"

Nice.

The symbol on the main screen is exact same one i'm using on my Tribulation III preloader D:

Fun game though, sniper rifle sucks and screwed me over.

God dam sniper rifle

Its a good game except for that sniper it ruined my progress lol

Nice stuff

I enjoyed it, although it would have been great if there was a save slot. Other than that, it was a pretty decent game, simple yet fun.

A definite improvement...

... From your last game.
Things I liked---
---------------------
A greater variety of weapons. This had provided the player to develop more strategies with a greater variety of weaponry.

Upgrades- I had loved how you had included super weapons. These had provided the gamer with either a last ditch effort to stay alive, or just an extra weapon to keep hold of strategic dominance. In other words, a smart idea, and I congratulate you for it.

Artwork- I saw such an improvement in the artwork, no longer just shifting heads, on a bland terrain. Now the game is more attractive, and a wider variety of audience may be attracted to your game.

Quality button- Definitely useful in the latter levels for the near endless waves of infantry and vehicles.

Suggestions---
---------------------

A pause button

Volume control buttons

Place the start button farther away from the Main Menu button--- I found myself in the midst of an upgrade, to scroll down and mistakenly click on the main menu button. I click back to start a game, and find that my game had been reset. Innocent enough of a mistake, but moving the current location of the buttons farther apart may reduce any frustration on the defense audience.

Maybe make certain weapons to be purchased at any time? Like I would have preferred to save up and purchase the shotgun, than to purchase the confetti maker ( aka the machine gun).

In addition to the above comment, perhaps make weapons in the order they were placed a certain amount of currency more to purchase than the previous weapon as the higher grade weapons are more valuable tactically speaking.

Also I had noticed when one exits from the current game, then starts another one, the dead bodies from the previous game remain. At the time of playing, I didnt have many dead bodies on screen, but removing this faulty game mechanic may relieve gamers from any possible lag.

Maybe also allow the player to rotate weapons in game with hotkeys, but require a certain amount of downtime to counteract with any strategic advantage? I would have loved to continue using the flamethrower for the waves of infantry, but switch to other weapons to take out vehicles.
-----------

All in all, this was a great game, with perhaps some suggestions to be taken, but many improvements to be congratulated on.
8/10

So far I have only died because of lag, not a good way to end a game over and over. Otherwise fun but will not play ever again because I can not truly test my skill so it is pointless. I will watch for updates etc.
