Reviews for "Ristar-Hero's Legacy Ep.2"

Enjoyable.

Having cutscenes definitly adds more depth to these RPGs. Keep it up! :P The combat system is constantly changing as always, it's good to keep it fresh. Though, I'd like more interaction with the town sequences, maybe add some NPC's that give you quirky little side quets that can be orchestrated into fun little mini-games? Just a thought. :3 Adding a theatre was a nice touch too. I'm not too familiar with the Ristar series, so I do feel a little out of touch with the characters (unlike Sonic *cough* lol I thought for a second that white figure was him >.>) Oh and uh... this might be a minuscule complaint but uh... you gotta go back to english class and correct those spelling mistakes dude lmao :P Ah well, fix em' up some other time I'spose. To wrap this up, I appreciate you putting your time and effort into this game. Programming can be tough and frustrating, but keep at it my friend! Looking forward to episode 3.

There isn't much to know about the Genesis Ristar XD
I really need someone to do that for me... I reach a point where I don't have the pacience to correct the typos... My head was about to explode, from the uncountable times I watched and played this to check anything unusual... So... XP
Well, thanks a lot dude! It really helps, your reviews!

This series is freakin sweet!

DUDE. I never thogught that you would make this better than Sonic RPG. Not much role-playing but still. The way you added the new skill was genius! It made fighting the boss a lot eaesier than jsut hitting and gettt 9 potions fomr using ur money. The ending was SWEET. I'm really looking forward ot seeing the 3rd episode man!!!!!

MidNightMaren responds:

LOL, Thank you! ^_^

Hmmmm

The enter button didn't work with the scene, with the chick in armor. I had to keep pushing the spacebar to muck through the dialogue. Speaking of dialogue, it's nice to have a story, but it is way too long. Plus voice acting would have made the dialogue experience faster. Maybe even more enjoyable.

As for the artwork, I enjoyed it. And the sprite animation was great. Reminds me when I first played the old 8 bit Nintendo. Heck, I'd bet if you tried, you could make a Super Robot Wars type game next? :)

I thought the music and sounds were well done as well. When I did get to play, and fight, it was pretty fun.

MidNightMaren responds:

O.o I must check then!
Thanks a lot! :)

meh

i liked it, but it seemed more like a movie then a game

MidNightMaren responds:

Well... it seems so...

O.k

I didn't really like it but I did notice you put a lot of effort into this project.
The dialog must have taken days so for that i give you a 7.

MidNightMaren responds:

Thanks you!
