Incredibly easy, mostly.....
GREAT GAME!!!, I find it so easy to beat all the other sectors (except the last one) all you have to do when you want to win (and your willing to wait) is to park a heavy cruiser in front of the asteroid(s) that enemy supply ships are targeting (maybe with a repair ship to) and wait. Other than the fact that the A.I. was pittifully easy to dominate most of the time, this game was win!

I played it all the way through. I should have been working but I couldn't stop. I liked the 'New Earth' story but I think you could have done more with it at the end. The story and the gameplay kept me playing. I don't know why but I was expecting a bit... more... at the end. The planet destroyers were really cool weapons, btw.
Something else, every level was hard at first but by the time you got your foothold the enemy was no longer a threat. It made the battles anticlimactic. I think that if you were harder to kill off but at the same time it was harder to win it would be more fun.
Good fun game. I wouldn't have finished it if it wasn't.

I liked it but it was annoying when the attack drones would let enemy ships pass me. also I think it's annoying that the sectors near the last sector are pretty hard. in some of them the enemy would have a full army attack me right after i set up my base! overall good game just fix issues like really dumb computers, unfair enemy strength and long amout of time to make a ship in the middle of the game. (for example I'm under attack and I'm desperate enough to use an attack drone, It takes about 5 or so seconds for it to come! And that's the lowest level ship!)
this game was good, but
when i tried skirmish mode, i couldn't select any tech level higher than 1, and as with Richie9999, the game got really difficult after sector 6.
read the message on the right of the skirmish screen. It explains why you can get any other than 1 right there.

Good,but not great.Maybe because i don´t like strategy games much.
