Rushed, and not well thought out.
Pros:
I liked the graphics and I like the concept although it's been done more than a million times already.
Cons:
Now look I read through your reviews and stuff so far and I'm a say this. I don't think you care about constructive criticism but you KNOW you need it. So I don't care if you like or don't like what I have to say it will be said.
That being said.
1) You need to seriourly work on the weapons. The homing attack one is the only real useful one. The powerups for all the other weapons make you basically useless.
2) The mouse lags terribly.
3) Just about everything can kill you. Main example: try playing that first boss with any weapon other than the homing weapon and try to beat it without getting hit once.
4) Soundtrack: needs more music that same track gets very annoying over time.
5)You need some kind of health upgrades or shields or something but taking a hit is way too easy if you're using a mouse and the games reaction time is slow.
6) The first boss, i'm sure some have gotten by it but that first boss is almost impossible to beat unless you have the right weapon and powerups cause you can destroy missiles but the little ball attacks always hurt you and when he gets in the ball form then its almost impossible to play it on expert cause he bounces around, fires the missiles and the little balls and u can only destroy the missiles and dodge everything else. I find that very stressing and annoying.
7) this concept has been done over and over again.

Now I'm sure you're gonna respond to me as you have with others who gave the game a lower score, however I still will speak my mind on this and tell you that I feel the game was rushed and you simply want higher ratings. Yes I'm sure getting higher ratings is a good thing but at the same time, when someone tells you that they have an issue, DON'T come around and tell us that we suck or that we need more practice or anything. We're playing the game YOU made and we're trying to let you know what WE had issues with. YOUR job as the author of the game is to take those issues and expand on them and make them better so that way we find the game more enjoyable and you get better ratings. I believe that's how the system works. I'm simply telling you this because you don't seem to get that and this is not to be an asshole. I'm just stating my issues with the game and I wish for you to consider my comments on them and if possible make some changes to make the game better. With that said and done I leave you to your devices, take it or leave that's my comments for you.
(it's a good idea but try and make something new out of it, bring something new to the table that will wow the rest of us and give us something to make this game stand out from the rest.)
