Simple Genius
I don't write reviews, like, ever. That really says something about this game. The simple gameplay and throwback graphics compliment each other perfectly, and the music keeps a heightened state of tension throughout. Big, BIG ups to AdamAtomic for this beautifully designed game.

Classic flash game approach.
I just love the layers and textures applied into this simple pixel game. The glass breaking, the layered backgrounds, the parkour-style landing, the birds, the bombs the crumbling buildings.... And especially my favourite - the vibrating screen when the ship flies by. It just adds up to a fantastic adrenaline rush each and every time. And I found it quite hilarious everytime I hit a building and plummeted to my death. The sheer carelessness of it is incredibly hilarious. It just happens. There's no drama to it and that's brilliant.
To those complaining of randomity being a problem, it's actually a skill to see how much jump to use and when to use it. And sometimes obstacles can be a blessing when you can afford to slow down a little.
I only have two suggestions.
One, try adding different scenes to the level to give the idea of actually getting somewhere. It would actually be really nice if every 2000m or so you actually have a change in scenery. That would actually motivate me to play even more just to reach another milestone.
Two, a highscore feature is definitely required. A record of how far I've gone before would be nice.
And what would be also pretty darn cool would be a two player version for competitive playing. I don't know what's the best way for that (split screen or not?) but I seriously recommend testing it out for a 2P version because this thing is just so competitive even against myself.
As someone earlier mentioned - this is as much fun as you can squeeze from a monochromatic single button side scrolling game. Incredibly addictive.

That was intense! Really well done. Cool idea. I feel so awesome jumping around from rooftop rooftop to inside a building and so on...
Those birds look great, flying away like that. And the Glass smashing is cool effect.
