I was doing everything ok, USA alreadt was safe (not entire) but the panic still increasing!!! I saw why and did not make sense! It was growing because some parts still been counting as infected but I was sure that they were not... =/
ah... well... It was fun at least...
found a glitch
i vaccinated 85% of the people, got rid of all infected by 68 days, but i couldn't win. i spent about an hour before i realized i found a glitch.
