Very nice special effects.
The special effects were very good, but two problems with the animation were that it was hard to see the black bricks in the black background, and as you said, it lagged like hell. What would have made it better would also be some background music. If you want people to make better realistic effects like this, why not make a tutorial? People may take your advice and try your techniques with a tutorial, but all they have to see of you now is just a well animated crashing building.

not exactly a game.. but nice
very hard to see the actual building as its very dark and a black backround. u talk about making it look realistic when we cant see it properly. atm it looks like a bunch of shiny boxes to start of with. also its very slow and there is quite a lot of lingering debris and the effect on the ground needs to spread out as the buidling falls,
the effects are too shattery and almost looks entierly made of glass right to the core.
it may be nice for games quite like sims where its much less noticale at a distance or smaller but not for high quality games up close at the moment but non the less!! good work and keep it up u can do better
