i like the concept
its a good concept...or at least i think so

Good concept
This will work only for those who actually have a microphone, so your audience is a little too limited. Although there are many drawing programs out there, you could give the user the option of using the drawing tools manually or using a mic. Just a suggestion.

Only problem with this is that it does not work for me, Ive checked the Mic several times and each time it is an epic fail

Although it 'worked' for me I am giving this a zero and a 2, and I will tell you why.
1) You should not feedback sound in a game that uses the mic in any capacity. That is just bad planning and is also very annoying.
2) You could have done more with what sound is being produced like changing direction/speed with pitch or amplitude of sound. Moving along a set path at a set speed gets very old very fast, and is not very good for drawing anything.
The only thing even remotely good about this game is the menu, but given the state of the rest of the game that is getting you a generous 2. If you rethink the way this works it could be very fun. But it would need a pretty major re-work.
