Here's my only concern.
Overall, what you set out to teach, is done fantastically, beautifully, and in a very easy to follow way. My only concern is that, if this is intended for the general newgrounds public, art novices, then this did not seem to me to cover what it did sufficiently. What I mean to say is that you touched on a whole lot of subjects, but I didn't feel I got enough out of each one, enough to practically apply much.
So maybe, if you decide to grace us with another tutorial, you could cover a lesser amount of issues, but in more detail. And also cut out some of the fat. ie the pen tool: I could've figured out all of that with a few mouse clicks.
