Good but a few flaws.

I enjoyed the humor in the video and the animation was good but there were just 3 things that damaged the quality of this cartoon.

1. The voice acting was not very good. Voice actors seemed to be trying to hard to be funny so they damaged the mood and made the delivery of some jokes kinda lame.
2. Audio noise. This may just be a pet peeve, but when some one is speaking and there is noise in the back ground it is easy to hear when the sound bit starts and stops...
3. character movement was kind of stiff.

pretty good for your first attempts at Flash..!

The story/concept is entertaining, and visually everything looked pretty good.
but:

The story could be written better, some of the jokes didn't go over too well, and just weren't that funny. Plus as you pointed out, the voices weren't as good as they could have been. the kids's voice could have been a little louder and more clear, and the alien cook..was pretty generic and boring sounding.

Also, the animation was a little stiff and I guess, "cheap" in some parts...it definately could use some improvement.

I hope that wasn't too harsh, it was still good! You are off to a good start! :)

Good but had some flaws

First of all, the drawings were pretty good and the story is good. The voice acting is not bad neither.

Now onto the things you should work on : first, the animation is pretty much only tweens, which is not bad but it wasnt incredibly executed(Im thinking about the walk cycles and other stuff). Also, the sound is good at parts, but most of the time theres no ambient sound so it feels empty and long. Another thing is that the ending didnt feel like one. It just felt like you just decided to end it there. And maybe you could try spending a little bit more time working the dialogues.

So overall it's a good flash, the graphics are good, but the sound and story need some work. 6/10

....But you get one bonus point for the Grim Fandango music because of the nostalgia factor. :P

nice art

the art was cool ...colours and stuff, but the animations was kind of...it sucked, and the voice acting was also lame =\

Alright.

Animation was superb. Music was pretty out of place in most parts. Voice acting was actually decent!

My problem is wasn't that funny, and very slowly paced. So if you can work on the writing, or team up with someone who is better at it, I think you could have a great series. The visual/audio production value is much higher than most attempts out there. Good luck!

Yeah writing isn't my strong point, it's actually a lot more difficult than Ifirst thoguh and I have a totally new appreciation for it. It seems to work on paper but once it's there in animation it seems it's a totally different thing!
