Your concept is EXCELLENT. Your execution needs some work... It needs to be hard for the right reason (because it's hard to focus on four things) not because you're trying to remember which keys go with which things. I think making the right side of the screen correspond to right hand and left side of the screen corresponding with the left hand would be a good idea. Graphics need a major overhaul. Music needs to build in intensity if you're going to use music like that because starting out full tilt makes the gamer feel like a tard.
Consider adding awards because this game is tough! I got to 88 seconds haha, then my ball fell off :P
