Reviews for "Westminster Tune"

Kinda reminds me of Tron Legacy if they went for more analog stuff than electronic.

I really like it. The backing bells, synths, choir, organs and other things I can't identify are not overused, used only at strategic moments, which I can appreciate. Strikes a good balance between grandiose and quiet, neither overdone nor boring at any moment. The pauses where the strings take over are a nice contrast to the piano.

The ending kind of trailed off, but that's not a big deal for this kind of music.

All I could suggest is slightly less overpowering piano (it sometimes grates at the ears at higher volumes) and a stronger ending. I'm favoriting this.

sounds beautiful. Nice work! You have some excellent sounding instruments. And Woot! I use FL Studios too! =v=

Troisnyx responds:

Eh, thank you. ^_^ I have, among others, the people who posted the 800+ soundfonts on NG to thank. Are you running on FL Studio 10 or 11 out of curiosity? (I'm still running on 10...)

Very nice!

I like how decent you use the string - essemble and also the piano. Great idea to improove the string set by combining it with this synth - arpeggios! The organ-ending does not really satisfies me - more effort would have payed out. Another thing which could be improved in my oppinion is to bring in a strong midpart with an "explodion of volume and accoustic colors" and a virtuous piano-solo and some keychanges, maybe supported by some timpani / percussion. I am sure it would be no problem for you to create something like that. I really appreciate your piece. You put much effort on the details and especially this is quite rare to find. Hope you like constructive criticism as much as i do and that this review was helpful for you.

Keep it on! Voted 5.

All the best!

I feel that I've heard better songs, but this piece is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a very calming piece, and I enjoyed listening to it.
