Reviews for "human actions drawing tut"

not good, but not great

It was a very short tutorial, i looked at it.

The wording was unclear some of the time and just all over the place. All of the drawings were crude and not the best of quality.

there were somethings that this lacked. Organization was one of them, i believe it was the final screen that showed all of thoes mouths and faces that just made no sence to include at the ending since they did not seem like much of a help to me or anyone.

It also would be a need for a replay button since you have to hit the refresh button to view it again. Also it would be nice to have a back button if you want to see somthing again. that would seem to be the biggest problem you have here.

Needs alot of work, but i think your up for it.

Decent, at best

===============
Score: 4 / 10
Summary: Decent, at best
Review: I'm sure it was helpful to some, but I just don't think this tutorial cuts it.

First off, the graphics weren't any good. I mean, they were good enough to make out what they were supposed to be, but you need to practice on your drawing skills. One usually doesn't need much skill to make a tutorial about a topic, but this is basic drawing of a human body, so skill is required.
There wasn't any animation.

Tutorials usually have step-by-steps, to tell you what to do next. This was pretty much just phase by phase, with no text. You should try to add some text, to say what you are doing. Also, the text was pretty hard to make out at times.

Audio was nice, but some people want it to be quiet, so I suggest a mute button. Also, a back or replay button, so that people can go back to previous steps.

Tips for future submissions: Try to organize it better, and add text. Write the text, don't draw it. Try to explain whatever you're doing at every step. Good luck!

GOOD JOB!

You taught people how to draw very very crude human like things! Seriously? I am reading the other reviews down here and some of them have to be jokes. I mean, "you got me on the legs, your skills are unmatchable!"? Really? lol
Sorry man.... I think you need to watch an actual drawing tutorial... this is just... just awful...

There are plenty more, better alternatives.

Art/Animation: 3/10
Well, if you're doing a tutorial, you should really be able to ull off whatever you're trying to do well. You can't. You need to seriously work on your own art before you go telling other people how to do it. The writing was pretty sloppy too. Maybe a font would have worked better.

Plot/Concept: 2/10
Not a horrible idea, but this has been done across the internet by people much more talented than you, so this tutorial is pretty much pointless. Also, try to spell things correctly next time. At the end, it says "Hope it heped". That instantly lowers the quality.

Audio/Music: 7/10
The music was quite nice, nothing really wrong with it, but unfortunately, it didn't do enough to redeem this flash.

Overall: 3/10
You need to know how to do something before you make a tutorial about it. This didn't cut it.

Not very detailed

I think that when you've shown these steps, you've not been very detailed - you can achieve much more of an effect by using a smaller drawing tool and zooming in. This will give you a more detailed image, with less clutter - the black lines don't interfere with each other, causing the image to look blotted and ill-drawn.

With the drawing of the body parts, would you not be able to draw a movie of the piece being drawn, rather than a step by step placement of the lines like importing girders for a steel frame.

Practising with the drawing style will give you a much better output - you don't need to draw chest muscle structure in a figure until you come to the detail part if they are going to be wearing a T-Shirt. That's one of the major failings - you do too much more work than you need to do, in order to produce the piece. Working on that will give you a much improved product to show the uninitiated.
