Some thoughts:

-- I think this piece features too much of your vocals, which frankly still isn't your strong suit, especially compared to your level of composition. It also makes it harder to enjoy the other instruments used in your song -- there were a few segments that I thought was really nice but were drowned out by the vocals.

-- The lyrics being in a language I don't understand does not help -- that way I don't have a meaning to cling onto, and really can only treat the vocals as "just another instrument". And then of course, it's impossible for a human voice to sound as stable as a manufactured sound.

-- This is an extremely difficult, if not impossible piece to pull off. While I think it has good ingredients, I personally failed to see them come together.

-- Small thing, but the song seems silent from 5:00 on.

I applaud you for making such an ambitious attempt, but IMHO you're biting a bit more than you can chew here.

At any rate, I made a brave attempt, I know -- and whatever happens here, I am ready. I'm ready to have it told to me to the face.

I acknowledge that it is valuable feedback, and I truly thank you for listening -- but I find the context of the last part of your review VERY insulting -- if EVERY attempt I am going to make at reproducing something I hear in my mind is more than I can chew, then I'll never get around to finally achieving that sound! You and the judges know very well what my mixing limitations are, and so do I. I'll gladly work on the flaws so that when this thing gets remade, it would sound better than ever: but NO WAY am I going to back down and regret having made this piece over the course of two weeks when perfecting this could've taken way longer, so there!
