Well, on the plus side you have accomplished a flash and are content on its quality enough to make it a submission, so good on you. But I have to say that I was not so much entertained. The "joke" was pretty weak...like dang...I was thinking there was going to be more but all I got was a repeat, not even a replay button or something. You did have camera switches so it was not just them standing beside each other. The lip syncing was there but it looks like no effort was put into it to make it look like they were saying anything coherent. You said that you have fun making this...that's good. But next time you make something and post it, think to yourself, "Will this keep the NGer's entertained?" Just a thought.

It's pretty badly animated, the sound is screechy and it's like 2 seconds long. Make something decent before you submit

Like you said, you are new, and the breif bit of animate here was actually pretty decent. However, your going to need to submit stuff that's a little more complete.
Check some tutorial's, mess around with the software, and keep "having fun". That's whats ultimately the most important thing.
