Reviews for "Atlantis (2009)"

very nice

the style and game play actually reminds me of Gundam :D
Like it a lot
hope you gonna do a sequal
maybe next time the player gets to control the ships also?
or maybe add different troops
the control is very smooth and effective

...did that dude just say complex?

I lol'ed at that comment. Controls are simple and effective. Please, don't be retarded and think they are complex. They are easy to use to anyone over the age of 10.....or 5 as my little brother would have it. The complaints I would have is not being able to upgrade the other ships or repair em. I'm an upgrade junkie so.... ._.;; xD The abilities of only the armor and the booster are mentioned. The rest just have the description of the weapon itself. No word on the upgrade. I would recommend have your mech show a tad more movement, like it's legs boosting forward like a dashing motion. Oh, and a warning about the big ol giant laser of doom would be nice instead of DOOOOOOOM you're dead because you were boosting towards the red dot which you did not know was a juggernaut of doom. Ah....And the booster upgrade...It's just my thought but it should be a lil cheaper ._. That's just me though. .....Helper troopers would be nice as well.....REPAIR Y00 0WN 5H1P5!!

great game!

good job, cant wait for your next game :) 5/5

Pretty good, except for those instant death beams

Good game, although I think it would help if you had a bit more time to choose your upgrades, and what each upgrade did was elaborated upon. For example, "Gun Upgrade 1 >> 2 gives ___ more attack" or something.

Also, the enemy battleships with their big ol' death beam kill you much too fast. You can hardly even dodge 'em. Pretty much instant death if you're unlucky enough to not find and destroy a battleship.

I rather enjoyed

I have to say, it was really fun. Lots of flying around, toggling weapons (mostly the main rifle) off and on for certain enemies. The one losing point, is I was rather randomly obliterated by a giant purple beam from off the screen. no warning. I'd just finished shooting a bunch of little flying things, and boom. Game over.
