I'd give it an 8 but the audio quality is bad. It sounds like you recorded it rather that downloaded it. And also, it doesn't give what it promises, it doesn't burn my eyes, I think for it to be better it needs more flashes and needs to change a bit.
well, the danceing was mostly in time
atleast it has some animation and is in time. a lot of time with stuff like this, its just flashing and anoying, this however was not.

These kind of things can cause seizures.Besides that you didint animate a lot there should have been more...
