Okay
Seeing as you didn't use "flash programs" as you say its pretty good and has some pretty fine audio, was rather short, and there wasn't much of any fighting to see, make it longer and more of a hands on fight (as in you can see the moves and not make them moving so fast its impossible to see them fight, thats boring)
I've said something like this before somewhere I think.. but the characters from DBZ would go beyond the capabilities of those from Naruto since, most characters that fight from DBZ are either Saiyans (I can't spell right now so I really hope I got that right lol) or Androids, the only human fighters are Krillin (Kururin is his Japanese name?) Master Roshi, Tien (why he has a third eye I will never know...unless I look it up), Yamcha, Videll (Videl? I forget her name), Hurcule (can't spell his either.. I don't think.), and I think Uub is human, not sure since he fights as well as Saiyans can or something like that, only the ones stated before Uub would be able to be beaten by the Naruto cast, Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, the Androids, Buu, and Baby would all fuck up the Naruto cast, and thats not counting some other aliens that could be included in the next part of this animation, but still Naruto are good for show, the only ones who would stand a remote chance are Naruto, Sasuke, and some others I am forgetting.
Then again I'm not making these animations, they are still cool.
I'ma give this a 3/5.
