Work on the graphics, animation, storyline, and have a character select option then you might get a higher rating.

Character selection actually does sound like it would be a fun little idea...
Simple.....
A little too simple for my taste.
I would recommend adding a time limit to the game and a timer.
I also think you should change your song from "Vs. King Dedede" to something more "pokemonish." I mean this is PIKACHU's beach party not Kirby's.

Well Pikachu and Kirby have been long time friends, so the music is fitting any way you put it. As for a timer, I could put one in the next one.

simplistic, audio was annoying. have a mute audio button, and better animation, not to mention some kind of a story line and increasing difficulty would be a plus.

Mute button? What kind of SICK MONSTER would want to mute such beautiful music? Animation was excellent, you just have bad taste. There was a story: you went to the beach. And I've gotten many PMs about how difficult the beta for the game was, so I toned it down a bit. Maybe I'll make the next release harder. Work on your reviewing skills.
