Keep on improving
I did enjoy it. Like the others, the feel was very nice. However, there were a few mistakes in layering and posing (the thumbs D:). It also seems like the spirit thing didn't have much effort put into it.

It was fair
Right off I'm going to get the bad out of the way. Personally, this isn't my cup of tea. It was a bit cheesy, and that's it for the bad.
I really liked the concept towards the end. I'm not sure if this is what actually happened in the flash, but from what I interpreted, the only way that he could see her was if he died. I thoroughly enjoyed that concept, which is why I rated you as high as i did.
In my opinion, this concept alone weighed more than the cons of this video.

Nice movie, I did like it. Except.... there really wasn't anything special about it aside from it's feel. The animation was really mediocre as were the graphics, and those little big mistakes didn't help either ( the part that showed his hands had his thumbs on the inside but he didn't have nails on top of his fingers so they looked funny ) things like that.
And other parts simply needed more detail, the picture of the girl looked pretty bad, and the angel... thing wasn't very detailed... I'm not even sure if it WAS an angel. And the part where he saw the girl again was drawn pretty lazily.
Plus you had no way of knowing what he was even doing until the very end of the movie.
But aside from all the little things in the end I did in fact like it. And I think your animations could be really good. Keep it up and just keep improving.

the animation was good although some bits seemed a little off. and i noticed quite a lot of errors in the text such as "has" where it should have been "have" and you also missed out a few "s" at the end of some words

nothing really awesome, i mean the plot was good but ,lol the animations itself wassant really great and the music should have less singing.
