Let me start by saying, the beginning sounded a tad bit fimiliar, in a bad way. However your pickup with the soft saw synth in the beginning really covered for that, yet, I can't say I'm fully satisfied with the hit you used. I really like the drop at 00:40 though, even though it still sounds (only subtly) generic. Don't get me wrong however, your song is done well. I love the fast pace that came with it, and the mastering is okay, though it could use some improvement. I LOVE the interchanging synth/bass that kicks in around 2:10, really good usage of shortsaws there. Overall, the song is done very well, yet I feel like I could pick all of the sounds you used out of a library, even if the sounds were made by you, I still have that tiny nudge from the generic factor, and that's why I gave you a 3.5/5 review, and a 4/5 vote.
