Anyway, on to the song.
I think this reminds me of a snowstorm (hence the name "Frost...") at first it starts real quiet and calm, then you hear a bit of a techno sound at :19-:34 which is like the first bits of snow coming, then at :36you can hear a sound that reminds me of like a strong wind. Then at :37 is when things get good. There's more like bass or whatever, but the techno sounds (our "snow") is still quiet, but the bass is like the other sounds of the blizzard like the wind and stuff. Then at :55 is when the real stuff comes, the snow comes swirling down. At least, that's what I imagine when I hear this song. Actually what I think of first is the animation (obviously) then the blizzard.
I like the overall tone of this piece, but I feel it got a bit repitive, even if the thing it was repeating was awesome.
I feel like the song perfectly fits the animation, with the calm parts at the calm partss of the animation, and same with the intense parts.

Just compare the quietness of this one and the franticness of MC10. Just incredible
