I remember playing the first Sonic Boom Cannon. To think how much entertainment something so simple could bring; then how something so simple and entertaining could be expanded upon and still retain its originality. How this didn't get any rewards is beyond me. The least which could do justice to this game which you spent so long on would be to put it in the Sonic Collection.
As for the actual gameplay, I sometimes found myself watching a character I had no control over rocketing across (and above) the screen entertaining. Other times I'd make sure I shot the character at a good angle, then go get something to drink. If you plan on a sequel, give the user more control over their character.
The amount of characters available was unnecessary, yet a nice bonus. Rather than giving each character a different amount of weight and some a flight ability, perhaps they could have stats of sorts, making no character flat out better than any other. It was nice to see some old characters in this game, no doubt, though it was an obvious choice who to use every time.
Over all, I believe this game is flawless for what it was meant to be apart from the minor issues stated above. 10/10 just so I don't bring your average down :3

I have bought every character buyable without unlocking them(unlocked from the begining),And I still have 62,272 rings. Also what store items unlock which characters? Please respond.
