NG Icon maker flash. Graphics have that NewGrounds vibe. Gameplay is designing an icon. If you like that stuff, then this might be the game for you.

Liked it. Much better than the first one. Has more options and is easier to use, and the bonuses are more interesting.
Sad that the site where the icons would be shared is now deleted.
