Reviews for "Skull in Connemara"

hamlet?

way cool animation, but the story is very similiar to hamlet.
really though, awesome job.

TheBoogley responds:

poor old Hamlet, Mel Gibson was never the same after that

great!

very good animation, sort of reminds me of bill plympton style-wise. good job!

TheBoogley responds:

Bill Plympton? I wasn't expecting that, I love his stuff! :D

Bravissimo

I rarely see a flash animation so sophisticated such as this on newgrounds. It was thought provoking and the imagery had me on the edge of my seat, combined with the fantastic musical score, it was a refreshing change from all the cheap jokes that some animations have today.

TheBoogley responds:

Thanks, but speaking of cheap jokes, does Doctor Shark specialize in abortions?

niiiiice

intresting animation style. one thing i can for your flashesm they are unique. pretty good overall. only problem i see is maybe the members with shorter attention spans might not stick with it to the end

TheBoogley responds:

I understand what you mean, two and a half minutes is a very long time :3

Well

For an introduction to the theatre play it's great! While watching it I thought of some medieval wood carved illustrations, there the characters and siholuettes of pepole are also "massive" and "carved in wood". Of course its atmosphere has something to deaf movies from early 20's, since only music was heard.

I loved the thick, mysterious, book-like atmosphere you've created. I bet the play itself was awesome with such nicely done prologue.

It's fairly good and entertaining ;)

Ah, cintiq! You lucky bastard!

TheBoogley responds:

The cintiq was a gift from Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, he gave us all $900 for easter.
Something about the economy going down or something...
