This is very good for a newbie like you and its VERY good to experiance with loops being they glue the idea of what good music sounds like. But in compareson you should use some frequency envelopes next time and possibly add more variety to it. Good job :) What program do you use?

I agree with Avizura... keep using your loops if you enjoy doing it. Thats all that really matters.

Okay. Firstly. You need to cite the source of your loops if you didn't make them. Unless, that is, you bought the loops with a license to use them commercially. That's a fluke that a lot of newbies make.
No worries though. It was nice.
If you want my honest opinion on how to improve, I would tell you to stop playing with loops. Loops won't teach you to be a musician. They won't give you any experience with musical theory.
If you don't want to have music theory, then I guess that's cool. But meh.
I think the track was a bit too repetitive. But It was cool sounding. The vocal cut offs were too sudden, I think, for the track's style.
I do think you should check out my own house song. It think it's a strikingly similar style to yours. n.n
this one could use somthing like try to put more beats in, but i like it! ^^
