It's pretty good for a start :)
Maybe if you added some more charecters and wepons and all the stuff rishno said. If you wan't to look into actionscript a bit more you could try using a webcam to make your own face draggable on the screen, i know it's a bit advanced (for me :D) but you need something to make it unique.

Needs work :( more characters, guns, backrounds, larger space, maybe more music selection or mute button. blood, bullets :) give u a 3 for trying. keep working on your flash games, have other people check it before you put on the internet and the more you practice the better you will get

but you can put something like a "image save" button.
no scene maker has that.
